FwF Impact Awards Gala & NYE Celebration

Fun with Friends Impact Awards Gala and NYE Bash is our 1st annual appreciation celebration. We show appreciation to those not only within our FwF community but the Knoxville and surrounding community. We also reflect back on the year that was and what's to come the only way we know how, celebrating with friends!

THE EVENT:

• Located inside of the beautiful The Pavillion at Hunter Valley Farm! 
• Your ticket gets you the full VIP blue carpet experience. You enter the event by walking our BLUE carpet. Blue to represent the main FwF colors. Blue represents calm, trust and intelligence. All aspect we strive for in our community. 
• As you walk the carpet entrance you will have your picture taken by our professional photographer. These photos will be available to you free of charge after the event. Photographer Darian Williams will be set up right past the FwF paparazzi who are all there for YOU!
• As you enter, you'll hear the sounds of the band Josiah and the Greater Good playing. Check-in at the front door, check your coat if you wish and get your complimentary goodie bag. In your goodie bag you'll find several things, including your 2 drink tickets. Redeem these at the bar for any drink of your choice. 
• Grab your seat, get comfortable and enjoy the selection of food as you enjoy the band. Entrees:  Roast Beef and Chicken Alfredo for 80% and Veggie Alfredo for 20%.  Sides: Green beans and Mashed potatoes with au ju sauce.  Beverages: Water and tea included. Duration: 7-9:30 to eat (must arrive by 9 to eat).
• Josiah and The Greater Good finish up at around 9PM.
• FwF Impact Awards Show begins and runs for about an hour. It will feature skits, the comedy of Amanda Kruel, talented performances, awards presented to each of the 12 catagories and appreciation awards.
• After the ceremony, the DJ (Complete Weddings + Events Knoxville) takes over the night as we transition to NYE celebrations! 
• Dancing and balloon drop at midnight to follow! 
• IMPORTANT:  You must arrive by 9PM at the latest to get your money's worth. 

One of the closest hotels, Best Western Plus located off of N. Peters, is extending a big discount to those with the FwF Impact Awards Gala. Just mention to them you are attending and you'll get your room for only $89. 

We will be offering a discount on additional drink tickets. You can purchase 5 for only $20! That's only $4 for any drink of your choice. We are doing this to encourage less trips to purchase tickets, which means less lines. 

The bathrooms have multiple stalls and are very luxurious. 

Parking is free but we do encourage uber/lyft/etc.

We will have bartenders set up inside and on the outside patio area. 

This is a blue carpet style event. Therefore, we do encourage dress attire. However, our policy is always that your pressence is priority. Come as you feel most comfortable! You are among community and friends!
